About Hanger’s Charitable Work
Driven to help other amputees, our founder James Edward Hanger started a prosthetics company that valued compassion and kindness. Today, we keep that drive to help at heart.
Through in-kind donations, volunteerism, and financial contributions, we support individuals and communities that need our help in the United States and abroad, including the physically challenged, the underprivileged, and those affected by devastating events. In addition, we invest in tomorrow’s clinicians through grants to schools around the nation.
Our founder set out to help others. We see it as our responsibility and a privilege to continue that legacy of giving back.
